OUR STORY

For almost a decade, Olalia dela Cruz (OdlC) Law has been dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and solutions to our valued clients.

Our Firm was established in 2017 by Atty. Marie Francesca Luz Olalia dela Cruz. From the humble beginning of a team of three lawyers, the Firm has grown to eleven lawyers and seven professionals.

Our Firm started as a boutique firm advising and helping clients comply with tax obligations – tax compliance, tax assessments, refund claims, and international tax treaty relief applications, as well as estate and family wealth planning and securing favorable rulings of the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and Court of Tax Appeals (CTA).

We started to handle end-to-end corporate, business services, and special projects the following year. Our Firm has acted as counsel in many investment deals, assisting foreign corporations from market research, due diligence, and initial structuring to the preparation of shareholders’ agreements to complying with requisite regulatory processes.

Currently, we are a full-service law firm that handles tax and estate planning, corporate and special projects, general counseling and retainer, labor and employment, data privacy and protection, litigation and dispute resolution, immigration and naturalization, technology and e-commerce, real estate and investments, transportation and shipping, and anti-trust and competition.

We have been privileged to serve clients, including leading companies in financial technology, business process outsourcing, information technology, realty and property development, transportation and logistics, health, restaurant and hospitality, manufacturing, and retail. Our lawyers come from diverse backgrounds and are experienced in their respective fields, ensuring that they are competent not only in the legal field but also in other industries.

Nathalie mainly handles tax assessments, regulatory compliance matters, and tax litigation cases. She also handles commercial, labor and employment, estate, and special cases, including but not limited to expansion, tax incentive availment, and income tax holiday validation.

Jezreel mainly handles tax assessments, corporate governance, restructuring, housekeeping, and regulatory compliance matters. He also handles labor and employment, tax advisory and litigation, estate planning, criminal prosecution and defense, real estate cases.
